We are incredibly thankful to be able to celebrate our love with our favorite people in our favorite place, the mountains of Colorado. We toyed with the idea of eloping, until we quickly realized it just wouldn't be the same without each and every one of you. Now, we are here to throw a good ole’ fashion party, a weekend full of celebration and love surrounded by the people who have supported us since day 1. Thank you for being a part of our journey!
Join us for a proper Western Welcome at The 217 Wine Bar at the Stanley Hotel! We can't think of a better way to kick off our wedding celebrations than by clinking glasses with you in this iconic setting.
Wedding day! We'll say "I do" on The Lawn in the iconic Stanley Hotel gardens, followed by a groovy reception in the Pavilion next door. See you under the disco ball.
Cap off the weekend with us in Estes! Join us for a day at Lake Estes right next to the Stanley Hotel and a farewell toast in Downtown Estes.
The photographer will typically take formal family portraits. It's important to create a shot list beforehand to ensure that all the necessary family members are included.
I put together a Pinterest board and invite you to collab. This includes all the inspiration for your wedding photos so I nail it the first time.
During the reception, the photographer will capture shots of the decor, speeches, first dance, and other important moments.
If the couple is doing a formal exit, such as a sparkler send-off, the photographer will typically stick around to capture those final shots.
For those traveling from out of state, you'll fly into Denver International Airport (DIA). If you're planning to explore Estes and Rocky Mountain National Park while visiting, we recommend renting a car. From DIA to Estes Park, it is about a 1.5-hour drive. Parking is free if staying on the Stanley Campus. For those who prefer not to drive, there are several shuttle services available; you can book these at Estes Park Shuttle. Please be aware that Lyft and Uber services are not available in Estes, so planning your transportation in advance is crucial. Apologies in advance, the most handsome chauffeur Hannah has ever had will not be available.
If your budget allows, we highly recommend staying on the Stanley Hotel Campus. The Stanley offers a range of options from historic suites to AirBnB-esque lodging, all within walking distance of our wedding events, which is perfect as there is limited Uber or Lyft in Estes Park. If you're bringing along a furry friend, Fall River Village, located just 0.8 miles away, offers dog-friendly accommodations. Estes Park has dozens of other hotels catering to various budget needs. And for the adventurers, you're in the Rockies—camping options are everywhere!
Originally opened in 1909, this iconic hotel nestled in the Rocky Mountains brought refined elegance to the rugged Colorado landscape. We fell in love with it instantly for that exact reason. The gardens, the architectural design, the view of the Rockies, the open container policy...The 160-acre campus includes multiple lodging options, various bars and restaurants, and even a world-famous magic show.

Brandon and I swiped right into each other’s lives in December 2019, just weeks after he moved to Denver from San Francisco. Having moved to Denver myself in 2015, I felt like I had finally met the man I had been waiting for. We became inseparable almost instantly. When the pandemic hit a few months later, moving in together felt like the right step. Those early months in quarantine deepened our bond significantly. We discovered how much we had in common, and it became clear that this was much more than a fling—it was forever.
I officially became Bonsai’s step-mom, and we moved into our first downtown loft together. We hosted the best parties, rescued our second puppy, Lavender, and eventually moved into a home with a backyard for our furry children. Our adventures have taken us on road trips across the U.S., to the shores of Italy, and to a secluded beach cove in Portugal where Brandon proposed, surrounded by friends.
We followed our dreams of living in the Colorado mountains and recently bought our first house together in Aspen Park, Colorado. We’ve learned that we can make any place feel like home as long as we are together with our pups. We're thrilled to see what the future holds and can’t wait to celebrate our love with all of you!
Thank you for submitting your "soft RSVPs." This really helped us figure out how many people were willing to travel from out of state, and we couldn't be more thankful. We will add an official RSVP link when we send out our formal invites in Spring 2025.
When the formal invite is sent out in Spring 2025. This will include exact details about wedding festivities on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, as well as a link to our registry.
We're kicking things off with a Western Welcome, honoring our country flair. On wedding day, step into an Italian-inspired discotheque set in the Stanley gardens. Dress for a romantic garden party and be ready to dance the night away! Remember we're in the Rocky Mountains—so pack layers, a warm coat, and a raincoat!
No, the Stanley campus is not pet-friendly. If wanting to bring your furry friends, book your stay at Fall River Village, located just .8 miles down the road. If several guests stay at Fall River, we will book a shuttle for the wedding day, as there are not Ubers or Lyfts in Estes Park.
If budget allows, we highly suggest staying on the Stanley campus so you do not have to worry about a DD and can walk to and from the wedding activities. See above for more details on lodging options!
Absolutely! We also want all our favorite moms and dads to relax and enjoy. Interested in professional childcare during the ceremony and reception? Email maygreenwedding@gmail.com, and if there's enough interest, we'll arrange a professional babysitter!
